Clear Seeing: An Introduction to Vipassana
Capacity
30 spots
About this event
Your mind spends all day turning experience into stories.
This is me.
That person is the problem.
I shouldn’t feel this way.
Vipassana means clear seeing: noticing what is happening before the story takes over.
We’ll begin with 15 minutes of breathwork, followed by 30 minutes of silent meditation. I’ll give a little guidance at the beginning, then we sit in silence and observe what comes up in the body and mind.
Afterwards, we’ll talk about impermanence and clinging — two things Vipassana is meant to help us see clearly through our own experience, rather than just understand as ideas.
Free. Please buy a drink to support the venue.
